Does embedding a standard Power BI report link in Power Apps require users to log in and have a Power BI license?

We have integrated a Power BI connector into our Power App; however, when users open the app, they are prompted to grant Power BI permissions, which requires a valid license to sign in. Is there a way to remove the Power BI connector from the app’s data permissions so that users can access the app without being asked for Power BI access?Screenshot 2025-03-10 095657
