Static Web App with Enterprise-grade edge bandwidth pricing

With an Azure Static Web App in Standard tier, you get 100 GB/subscription bandwidth included.

If you enable Enterprise-grade edge on the SWA, how is the used bandwidth calculated when cached content is served in the edge by Front Door?

Does it still "eat up" the 100 GB SWA bandwidth and then charged as Bandwidth Overage even when it is served by the edge cache? If not, is there any other additional limits/costs for this bandwidth and requests as normally applies on a manually deployed Front Door service?

    Hello,

There are no separate bandwidth limits or overage charges specific to the Azure Front Door service when it's integrated via the Enterprise-grade edge feature in SWA.

When using Enterprise-grade edge on the SWA, all bandwith usage from edge cache counts towards your 100 GB limit.

So yes, you would be charged as Bandwith Overage.

    Regards
