If you do not see the sponsorship or balance in the Azure Sponsorships portal despite receiving an approval email and having the subscription visible in the Azure portal, please follow these steps:
Ensure that you are logging in with the registered Azure sponsorship account, as only account owners have access to view consumption and balance details in this portal. If you encounter any errors, such as a message stating, "This account does not have an active Sponsorship," please verify that you are using the correct account credentials.
For further assistance, you may need to collaborate with a billing engineer to ensure that your credits are properly assigned to the correct account. Could you please create a support ticket with the billing team here. They will be able to assist you in resolving this matter efficiently.
