I have tried following all the steps that I could find online, but it doesn't really seem to work. I also noticed that I am having problems logging into my OneDrive, but I don't know if it's related.

Thanks!

    Hi,

Did the problem appear in all Word documents?

Where did you save the documents?

I suggest you open a new blank document and go to File- Open and Browse the document, then check if it can open without problem.

I suggest you refer to this support article and try the methods to help you troubleshoot the damaged problem in Word:
