Hi, I'm trying to install a Logitech M500S mouse on my dual boot PC. Windows 7 pro and Windows 10 Pro. When I try to install the logitech software I get the message that I'm missing "api-ms-win-core-heap-12-1-0.dll". I need to know where to get it and how to insall it. Thanks

Hello,
According to my search, api-ms-win-core-heap-12-1-0.dll is not included in Windows 7. This DLL file is part of Windows 10 and higher. So you can't install this software on your Win7 system.
And, Microsoft has long ended support for Win7, so please upgrade as soon as possible.
