Unable to create NoSQL Cosmos DB as per the instructions for this learning exercise.
This question is related to the following Learning Module
I was able to create it after enabling th3e availability zone and selecting a different location. Please note that it is taking a lot of time (more than 30 minutes) to fetch the list of locations, hence it needs improvement.

Solution: The location list may take some time to load depending on the site. The availability zone should be enabled. The issue with the location loading time will be resolved soon.
