    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to Kernel-Power Event ID 41.

The Kernel-Power Event ID 41 Task Category 63 error indicates that your system has rebooted without a clean shutdown.

Check if all your device drivers, especially for the graphics card, chipset, and network adapters, are up to date. Check if there is a BIOS update available for your motherboard and install it if necessary.

Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings. Under the Hard disk section, set Turn off hard disk after to Never.

Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do. Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable. Uncheck Turn on fast startup and save changes.

Check for any failing components, such as RAM or hard drives, check if there is hardware corruption.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Molly
