Can't DELETE PERVIOUS IP Addess

I'm trying to create a new vm but I can't get a IP Adress assign to it because I have Azure subscription option meaning i'm limited on ip addresses, and I'm trying to delete my old VM Ip adresses and a error trouble shoot keeps popping up.

are you talking about Azure Public IP addresses or are you referring to the private IP addresses from a related Azure VNet/subnet used by the Azure VM?

Do you means that you are limited by subscription quota so you need to delete one or more existing Public IPs to create a new one?

For the error to delete the old IP address, I believe it is still associated with a NIC so you are failed to delete. You need to dissociate it first, then you can delete the IP or just reassociate it to your new VM!
