Nieuwe telefoon / authenticator app en kan hierdoor niet meer mijn account verifieren, zit in een loop.

Ik zit met hetzelfde probleem. Ik heb een werk-account, maar ben ook de admin/beheerder. Eigen onderneming. Ik kan dus als beheerder ook niet meer inloggen. Bij alles wat ik probeer wordt ik gevraagd een code in te voeren in de authenticator app. In de app heb ik echter geen mogelijkheid om dit in te voeren.
Hoor graag wie dé oplossing weet.

Can you sign the account into My Account?
- If you cannot sign in successfully, what errors you get? You may share us with a screenshot.
Besides, as your account is a business account, I suggest you contact your tenant's admin or IT team(or contact the person who gave you this account) for troubleshooting first.
