Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.
Log into the Azure Portal and go to the "Subscriptions" section. Make sure your account is listed as the Owner or has the right permissions for the subscription.
If you have two subscriptions with the same name, rename one to avoid confusion. If the old subscription is no longer needed, you can delete it but be sure there are no important resources tied to it first.
Verify you have the correct permissions (at least Contributor) in the Access Control (IAM) section of the new subscription.
If your virtual machine (VM) is not linked to the new subscription, you may need to create a new one or move it to the correct subscription.
Check your VM and other resources are in the correct resource group. You might need to move them between groups if needed.
you can contact Azure Support for help with Billing and subscription management.
