How can I get expedited support on increasing quota for the Azure OpenAI service? I am currently on the lowest tier of quota and looking to substantially increase my workload on the Azure OpenAI service, but I need more quota across a variety of models before I can do so. I have already submitted a support ticket request from the Azure AI Foundry portal, but haven't heard back from anyone yet.

    Hi Shivaal,

To expedite the quota, increase for Azure OpenAI Service, follow these steps:

Since you've already submitted a request via Azure AI Foundry, you should also:

Visit the Azure portal: Azure OpenAI Quota Request

Go to Azure OpenAI Service → Select your Resource Group → Click on Usage + Quotas.

Click Request Quota Increase and specify the model family (GPT-4, GPT-3.5, DALL·E, etc.) and the required quota.

Since you haven’t heard back yet, try these options for faster processing:

Add details about why you need an urgent increase (business case, project scale, estimated token usage).

    Additional Steps for Approval

If Microsoft hasn't responded, try these:

Ensure your billing and subscription status allows quota upgrades.

Justify your business case (e.g., "We need to process X million tokens per day for production use").

Specify whether you need increased rate limits, concurrent requests, or both.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank You.
