UNEXPECTED ERROR BUT NO PROBLEMS USING EXCEL

Question

WHEN OPENING ANY EXCEL FILE THIS POPUP APPEARS. I CAN OPEN AND MODIFY THE FILES WITHOUT PROBLEMS, ONLY THE ERROR MESSAGE THAT CLICK ON OK AND IT IS CLOSED. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?ERRORE.png

What version of Office did you use?

Did this problem also appear in other Office products?

First I suggest you open Workbook in safe mode running the following command: Press Win + R, type "excel /safe" in the blank box, press Enter. If it works fine in safe mode, please check the add-ins in your excel and disable them.

Click File > Excel Options > Add-Ins on the left side of the dialog. Then click the drop-down arrow at the bottom of the dialog box and select "COM Add-Ins" from the list, then click the GO button. What comes up is a list of COM-Add Ins that are loaded and running.

Buongiorno

ho provato con la riparazione on line ma senza risolvere

ho provato poi altro percorso e una volta selezionato " COM Add-Ins from the list, then click the GO button" si apre un menu dove sono presenti due voci tra cui una era selezionata , ossia

-MICROSOFT POWER MAPS FOR EXCEL ( NON ERA SPUNTATO )

-PDFMAKER.OFFICERADDIN ( CHE AVEVA LA SPUNTA )

Cosa dovrei fare a questo punto ? togliere la spunta ?
