Purview DLP policy for copilot 365 location - not able to add rule condition

After choosing Copilot 365 location, I am not able to choose anything when clicking Add under rule condition. Nothing happens when clicking Add. Am I doing anything wrong? Skjermbildepur

I opened a support case. Microsoft is not helping as the functionality is "in Preview". Not much of a preview when a rule can not be added...

While in preview, the Microsoft 365 Copilot (preview) policy location doesn't support DLP alerts, DLP notifications, or DLP policy simulation mode.
The Microsoft 365 Copilot (preview) policy location exclusion is only be applied to items in SharePoint and OneDrive.

In preview, DLP for Microsoft 365 Copilot is supported for Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. It isn't fully implemented in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. For example, Copilot won't summarize a labeled document in the chat if the document is subject to the DLP policy, but will if you ask Copilot on the page to summarize the same document.
Currently, the Microsoft 365 Copilot location is in Preview, which means certain rule conditions and actions may not be fully supported or operational.
