I have a Microsoft Azure Grant for our non profit organization, and we are renewing it every year since 2021,
two days ago, as usual, i received an email says "Your organization’s Azure grant is up for renewal" containing a link to access and renew my grant, every year i receive this email and renew my grant.

but this time when i access the link i don't find the option to renew the grant, i find an option to claim new one?
how can i renew my grant knowing that it will expire at 19-Mar-2025?

    Hello Jubran,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Community forums. It sounds like you're encountering an unusual situation with your Azure grant renewal process. If you have reviewed the email to ensure there has been no process changed. Then the next step would be to contact the Nonprofit Azure Onboarding Concierge and Success Center https://nonprofits.tsi.microsoft.com/EN-US/Azure-Onboarding-Concierge-and-Success-Center/.

    Hi @Anonymous

Sign in to the Nonprofit Hub using your credentials.

Below is the reference link which has a step-by-step process please follow it up: -
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/industry/nonprofit/renew#renew-an-azure-nonprofit-grant

Confirm that your nonprofit status is approved to ensure you’re eligible for the grant.

Select the "Azure Grant" tile from the available options.

If you're eligible to renew, you should see the option to "Renew now" under Step 1.

If the option to renew is not available and you only see the option to claim a new grant, it may be your renewal window has not yet opened.

let us know if any help, we will always help as you needed.!
