Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.
What type of drive do you have the problem with? If it is a DVD drive, open File Explorer and select This PC, then select the DVD drive, right-click to eject or click the Folder Icon on your Taskbar at the bottom of your Desktop On the left, click 'This PC' In the right pane, right click your Optical drive and choose 'Eject'
