What's the KB number you installed?
Here are some steps you can try:
- Reset network. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings>Network reset.
- Try to use cmd .
netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew
