I was in a lab assessment, it refreshed and now it's gone. Not a connection issue on my end. I couldn't submit it, how can I get help.

I was doing the Purview implement retention and right at the very end, it refreshed and then the lab was gone. I didn't get a chance to submit and now I am sure it says I failed automatically because I couldn't submit. Is there anything MS can do? I know I got close to 90% or more :( I have the session id.

    Hi @Nicole Heaton

Thank you for posting your query!

If your lab assessment ended abruptly and you were unable to submit it, it will not be scored. According to the context, labs are only scored if you "submit" them for scoring. If the session refreshed and you lost access to the lab before submission, it is considered an attempt, and the retake policy would apply.
