Hello Javraj Gidda
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Platform
I wanted to address your concern about accessing the Azure sandbox in Microsoft Learn while preparing for the AZ-900 exam. You're absolutely right that anyone should be able to study using Microsoft's learning materials. However, the Azure sandbox used in Microsoft Learn requires an organizational (work/school) account since it operates within an enterprise-controlled environment. Unfortunately, personal Microsoft accounts (e.g., @outlook.com, @hotmail.com) are not supported for this feature.
You can sign up for a free Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) account, which will provide you with an organizational account. Simply go to the Microsoft 365 Developer Program and sign up for a free tenant. Then, use this new account to sign in to Microsoft Learn and access the sandbox.
Try the Azure Free Trial Instead: If you're open to using a personal account, you can still get hands-on experience by signing up for an Azure Free Trial, which gives you $200 in credits.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance. Happy studying and best of luck with your AZ-900 exam preparation!
