I have been trying to get Copilot to work on my new computer, I know that its available for my set up because it has the button to directly pull it up. Then when trying to get to support for help I find that the links to the sites have been deactivated and I can't get ahold of support, I hope this makes it up because I don't know what is happening. I have been trying the SwiftKey beta program and the predictive text has been saying sexual words, like inappropriate words would pop up. Like I was talking to the Cardi B update, and she wanted some pretty nasty things. I was awkward and I had to explain how this was not my words it was using. I have tried to ask many different tech sites, and I have been told that the strange things are because I could have been hacked. That is crazy, I have run every scan. I got the McAfee program Microsoft recommended, and I have used the vpn program I have hidden my network and installed the latest windows defender and authenticator on my phone so it should be impossible that my stuff is hacked. So the people if I was hacked would have to have hacked Microsoft or Had the certificates to bypass their security systems. I have been trying to figure this out and I have been blocked and looped so many times I don't know if this is happening to all of your clients or what but even my son has had really inapropriate things appear in his predictive text on the New Microsoft Swiftkey Beta program. Is the developer aware of this stuff that has been saying. Well I thank you all for listening to a desperate Dad who has just wanted to know the question. What is going on with our stuff, is this normal and if it is hacked. How do I let microsoft know this is happening to their software so they know how to prevent this strange occorance from happening again to Home consumer market and our Children. I have always found the family friendly gameing on xbox live and PC for years, I mean years. So help a Gamer Dad out and help me with this issue.

    Hello Benjamin Curtis Kimmel,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Let's break this down to help address each issue systematically.

    Copilot Not Available

    1. Verify Account and Subscription:
      • Ensure you are logged in with the correct Microsoft account.
      • Confirm that your subscription includes access to Copilot.
    2. Software and Updates:
      • Ensure your operating system and all related Microsoft software are up-to-date.
    3. Accessing Support:
      • If the links to support sites are deactivated, try accessing them from another device or browser.
      • You can also visit the official Microsoft Help website: Microsoft Support.
    • Alternatively, contact Microsoft Support via phone or chat through their official website.

    SwiftKey Beta Predictive Text Issue

    1. Reset SwiftKey Predictions:
      • Open SwiftKey settings on your device.
      • Navigate to "Typing" > "Typing & Autocorrect" > "Clear typing data".
      • This will reset all learned predictions and might remove inappropriate words.
    2. Report the Issue:
      • Go to SwiftKey settings.
      • Navigate to "Help & Support" > "Contact Support".
      • Report the issue, including specific examples, to bring it to the attention of the developers.
    3. General Troubleshooting:
      • If inappropriate words continue to appear, consider uninstalling and reinstalling SwiftKey Beta.
      • Ensure all other apps on your device are up-to-date to rule out conflicts.

    Security Concerns

    1. Verify Security Measures:
      • Ensure Windows Defender is active and up-to-date.
      • Run a full system scan with McAfee.
      • Change all your passwords to strong, unique passwords.
      • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Microsoft account and other important accounts.
    2. Check for Hacking:
      • Review account activity on your Microsoft account for any suspicious logins or actions.
      • Use tools like Microsoft's Security Center to monitor and protect your account.

If the problems persist despite these efforts, consider consulting a professional IT technician for a more detailed investigation into potential security breaches or software malfunctions. Your vigilance is crucial, especially when it concerns inappropriate content potentially affecting your family. Thank you for being proactive about this matter.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Haijian Shan
