Microsoft TLS Issue

We have a product which using Azure Cloud Storage. Currently we are facing the issue in which the product users cannot syncing the data to the cloud.

Below is the error message prompted out when failed to sync data to the cloud:

Unacceptable certificate: CN=Microsoft Azure TLS Issuing CA 01, O=Microsoft Corporation, C=US

Can someone tell me what the issue is? How should I do to solve this issue so that the users can successfully sync data to the cloud?
