Hi

As of late, my RDC creates ditorted pages. When moving to the next page it is as if a transparant version of the prvious page overlays the next.

The interesting thing is when I made a screenshot the screenshot did not reflect what is on the screen.

I did clear the cache as decribed in a previous post but it did not help.

    Hello,

Could you please provide your OS version and Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) version?

    To check your OS version:

    1. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Type winver in the text field and press Enter or click OK.

    To check your RDC version:

    1. Open the Remote Desktop Connection window.
    2. Click on the icon in the top-left corner and select About from the dropdown menu.

As a temporary solution, would you consider using the Windows App available from the Microsoft Store?

    Thank You,

    Karlie Weng
