How to set up Adobe Reader as default PDF viewer for all users in a domain Windows 10 computer?

I'm trying to find a solution to set up Adobe Reader as the default PDF viewer for all users who log in to a computer. Currently, this option in Windows 10 is set to user-specific where every user needs to change their default PDF viewer. Please advise. Thanks
