Need to activate Windows server 2022 - Offline Activation

Struggling to find a human with microsoft support. Based out of Qatar none of the numbers work in the portal.

I have the installation IDs ready for 10+ Machines. Need help with getting it activated for Windows server 2022 Datacenter

    Hello,

    If you want to activate offline, you can only do so by phone.

    Here’s a step-by-step guide:

    1. Open the Run dialog: Press the Windows logo key + R.
    2. Type slui 4: In the Open box, type slui 4 and press Enter.
    3. Select your location: Choose your location (or the nearest one) from the drop-down list and click Next.
    4. Call the provided phone number: The activation window will display a toll-free number.
    5. Provide the Installation ID: When prompted, enter your Installation ID.
    6. Enter the Confirmation ID: After providing the Installation ID, you will receive a Confirmation ID. Enter this ID to complete the activation process.
