USB STORAGE PROBLEMS

"The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does not recognized it"

In my case, it is not the problem of my computer USB drivers, but my phone's. The same pop-up comes when I plug my phone to every computer using USB cable. The phone is infinix note 8i.

    As The same pop-up comes when I plug my phone to every computer using USB cable, it seems it is not computer issue but phone issue. Since there are no engineers dedicated to infinix note 8i in this forum. In order to be able to deal with your questions quickly and efficiently, I recommend that you could contact your infinix note 8i device manufacturers, who can provide you with a professional and effective response.
