How do I report bug of verification code email not being sent to my email?

Hello,

I am not recieving verification emails in my email. I am able to recieve other emails from Microsoft, so I believe it is a bug regarding verification emails.

*edit* I am able to get into my Microsoft account with my password, but there are other functions I cannot complete without specifically the verification email. Specifically to see what my bitlocker code is for mt new laptop. To update any verification methods, it also requires a verification email that I of course am not getting.

I cannot report the bug, when I try to from my account it brings me to a self help guide that ends with "if non of these actions helped you, call customer service"

When I call customer service it is an automated voice tree that results in saying only the web guide can help.

The verification email is not in my spam folder.

Ther email it's being sent to is correct.

I no longer have the phone number associated to my account.

I cannot update this info without a verification email, or I have to wait 30 days to update info. I am on a work trip that lasts 30 days and am not able to wait that long.

A live human being would be best to resolve this issue, but I suspicion that there are none to talk to.

Even if no one can help me with the verification email for myself personally, there has to be a way to notify Microsoft this is an issue.

If you are unable to regain access to your account using any verification method on file, the only remaining option is the account recovery form. If you are unable to regain immediate access using that method but are still offered a 30-day wait period (for the original owner to contest it at the email on file) then you will have to wait that 30 days. No other account recovery method exists and no one is support has access to recover anyone's account.

Thank you very much for your quick response, I will fill out the form. If that doesn't work, unfortunately it looks like I might just have to wait. It is a very solid approach to security.
