I am not able to change policy in Endpoint Security > Account Protection > Windows 10 or Later > Local User Group Membership

If I try to change groups in Endpoint Security > Account Protection > Windows 10 or Later > Local User Group Membership, I see only this . How can I change it?

There is missing the +Add, any help?
