I tried to get my account back but I have not used it in so long i dont remember all the details i need to get it back!

Question

I tried file the form with my previous passwords, if i had bought any microsoft related services with this account etc. I filled what i remembered but got declined. It is very important that i get this account back. This account is connected and will be used in a project I will do with microsofts biggest scandinavian partner. I am a developer so i need the account because it is going to be used for all devops and other services i need.

Hello,

The issue with finding help on my lost account is I am using a university account because I am locked out of my personal account and can not get it back by answering the automated sheet. When i try to contact an agent It says due to this account being a uni account I have to contact the admin of the it for the uni. But my issue is not with this account, the issue is with my lost account. I need my old account back. It is connected to my private email address. If i could i wouldve deleted the account connection to my private gmail but i am not able to.
