Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am reaching out to report a persistent issue with Bluetooth on my Lenovo Legion PC. Below, I will provide details about the situation and the steps I have already taken to resolve the problem.

Context :

  • My PC's Bluetooth was working perfectly while I was on Windows 11.
  • After switching between several Windows versions (Windows 10 > Windows Server 2022 > back to Windows 11), I finally moved to Windows 10 IoT LTSC Enterprise, where the problem persists.

Symptoms :

  • I am unable to enable Bluetooth in the settings.
  • I cannot connect any Bluetooth devices.
  • Bluetooth appears inactive or missing in the device manager, despite my efforts.

Actions Taken :

  1. Updated Windows via Windows Update.
  2. Updated drivers using:
  • Lenovo's official website,
  • Intel's official website,
  • Snappy Driver Installer.

     3. Verified Bluetooth services in services.msc

  • Services are enabled and configured with the "Start" value set to 2 in the registry (regedit).

     4. Checked all relevant Bluetooth configurations and hardware settings.

Despite all these steps, I have not been able to resolve the issue. I am attaching a screenshot to illustrate the situation.

Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue and guide me on how to restore Bluetooth functionality?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Kind regards, Kutoramo
