How can I enable Document Intelligence to support OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Teams together? Is there any URL link or PDF file that provides an overall solution design, implementation steps, and testing guidelines that you can share with me as a reference?

    Hi @Joel Chau

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is not in our support scope. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

The following suggestion is for your reference:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/document-intelligence/tutorial/logic-apps?view=doc-intel-4.0.0&pivots=workflow-onedrive

Please switch the workflow you want to view in the document header.

    Activate Document Intelligence in Azure:

    • Go to the Azure portal.
    • Create a Document Intelligence resource if you don't have one already.
    • Copy the keys and endpoint values from your resource.

Set Up Document Intelligence in OneDrive:

    • Create a folder in OneDrive where you want to process documents.
    • Use Azure Logic Apps to automate workflows. For example, you can create a Logic App to detect when a document is added to the OneDrive folder, process it using Document Intelligence, and send the extracted information to a specified email.

    Integrate with SharePoint:

    • Go to your SharePoint site collection.
    • Activate the Document ID Site Collection Feature by navigating to Site Settings > Site Collection Administration > Site collection features and activating the Document ID Service.
    • Configure Document IDs under Document ID settings in Site Collection Administration.
