How to deal with an invoice from an invalid account

I had set up a gmail account for a business that is now closed.

That gmail account was then linked to a Microsoft Cloud account.

I closed the business, closed the account and thought all subscriptions were cancelled.

I am now (two years later) still receiving invoices for this even though I have cancelled every subscription possible.

I cannot log in or retrieve any information relating to the account, because they are all deactivated.

So I can't sign in, and I can't view this invoice or manage any subscriptions.

All I have is my backup email address and an invoice number that has been emailed to me.

I can't get passed the customer service robot, because the first question is to sign in and the account is invalid!

There is no support option that can help with this.

How do I solve this? Do I just leave it? Let the invoices wrack up?

I can't get in!

Please help.
