Unable to Create a bot using custom question answering project to an Azure AI Bot Service

Custom deployment to create a bot is running in infinite loop. Tried in multiple different allowed regions.

Steps those are already completed:

I have created a Language Service.

Created Knowledge base. Deployed the same and after that while creating a bot its stuck.

Ensure that all your resources (Language Service, Knowledge Base, and Bot Service) are in a compatible Azure region—some regions may not support all services. If the deployment remains stuck, try using Azure CLI to manually create the bot and link it to your Language Service. If none of these steps resolve the issue, consider deleting and recreating the Language Service and Bot Service to eliminate any configuration issues.

Go to the Network tab, start the bot creation process, and look for any failed or hanging requests. Also, check the Console tab for errors. Ensure your Language Service and Bot Service are in supported regions and properly configured. If the issue persists, try creating the bot using Azure CLI or check Azure's Resource Health for outages. You may also be hitting rate limits, so reviewing Azure Metrics could help.

Hi PavanKumar,

Thanks for your prompt response. I tried the approaches you mentioned above, I can see "https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/8d5ceb22-44c7-4367-bfc6-07378096e055/resourceGroups/storefront-genai/providers/Microsoft.CognitiveServices/accounts/chatbotqa001/listKeys?api-version=2017-04-18 " API giving 401 unauthorized error.

Don't know why. However my subscription account is in west-europe region, language service, chatbot everything I am trying to create in the same region. While creating chatbot for pricing tier I am creating under free tier.
