According to the Minimal Business Impact (Sev C) support policy, assistance should be provided within eight business hours, yet my request has been pending for 15 days without resolution. Could you please provide an update on this?

Additionally, our plan states that we have the ability to submit unlimited support tickets, yet we are not getting the option to create a new support ticket. Can you clarify why this limitation exists?

The documentation provided for Blob Storage backup has not been helpful, and I have been unable to complete the process using the available instructions. I request either:

    1. The creation of a support ticket and direct assistance, or
    2. A detailed video tutorial to guide me through the process.

This ongoing delay is causing frustration and negatively impacting our experience with Microsoft services. I request your urgent attention to this matter.

Looking forward to your prompt response.
