The workflow options, as shown in MC750668: Microsoft Teams: Access Workflows from the three-dot menu on shared file, are not visible to us. Below is an example of what we see when when click on a shared file's three-dot menu. This is the experience for a 1-on-1 private chat, in which I have shared the file with the other user.

Our three-dot menu options are different, not only in missing the workflow options but in the other options as well. What explains the lack of workflow option?

    Hi @Stephan Bren

According to the Microsoft 365 Roadmap: "Workflow option for shared file" is currently rolling out.

Rolling out means: Updates that are beginning to roll out and are not yet available to all applicable customers.

This feature may not be deployed to your organization yet. As an alternative, you can open Workflow from the Teams side panel to create a flow.
