when i deleted 365 apps for business i couldn't re download it its just asking me to spend money to buy a new office when i sign into microsoft. even though i pay monthly
i was upgrading to a new computer so i wanted to download the office package on the new computer but when i sign in with the same account it just gives me the free version of word and so on.
when i try to click on download on microsoft page it just tells me to pay or enter a 25 key code
i had read on the microsoft page that to transfer 365 business you need to delete it from ones old device and then download it on a new computer, i did not receive any error message

Why did you delete your apps for business? Were you facing some issues?
How did you try to download it? What was the error message?

Do you mean, you have installed and used Microsoft 365 Apps before, am I right?
Generally, Microsoft 365 apps can be installed on 5 machines.
Besides, Microsoft 365 apps for business are purchased for use by organizations. Is this license account assigned to you by your organization?
If you do not have any organization account, or there is no Office product shown under your organization account, please sign into your personal Microsoft account in: https://account.microsoft.com/services?lang=en-us#main-content-landing-react, check whether there is any Office product bound to your personal account.
If so, you may also click "Install" button to download and install Office.
