Where is windows.h in windows SDK

"Include" folder of Windows SDK(https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/windows-10-sdk/) does not contain "windows.h" header. Where it is?

    On my configuration, I have it at :

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Include\10.0.18362.0\um\Windows.h

    After several reinstallations of SDK it somehow just appeared there. Maybe me and windows search are just blind..
