I am trying to delete my account and cannot do so. I cannot contact anyone for help. I hate this company's lousy customer service. They just want to run the cash register

You have reached Azure Storage account Forum. As I understand you are unable to delete the Azure Storage account am I correct? If not please let me know which account do you want to close?
Do you get any error message or code? If so, please share the screenshot of the error message?
Try to delete Azure Storage account: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/az.storage/remove-azstorageaccount?view=azps-10.1.0

Thank you for your reply. I finally found a way to do it. So glad to never have to deal with this ridiculous, encumbered geek mess again.
@Linda Kunzweiler Glad to hear that Issue got resolved, can you please share the troubleshooting's steps which fixed the issue , that could be beneficial for other community members reading this thread
Insure that you have no active services or azure subscription then head over to the admin page and open a support request from their to get the ball rolling. Then have patience and check your inbox.
