Known issue - SQL databases not available with private link through January 2025
You can't create or use SQL databases in tenants with private link enabled.

Symptoms
If you enabled private link on your Fabric tenant on or before November 19, 2024, you don't see the option to create a new SQL Database. If you enabled private link after November 19, 2024, you can't create the database and receive an error. The error message is similar to Something went wrong.
