SharePoint doesn't sent invitation emails when I give site permissions.

I have SharePoint 2016 onprem and alerts for users are working fine. Also if I share a document all it's working fine. User received the email invitation.

The problem is if I add a new user to the Sharepoint permission group, then, the users don't received the email invitation. If I use the farm administrator user to do it, then works!

outgoing emails settings are configured as Authenticated.

It is the same for all sites, and for me, this is really strange, because if any user with manage permissions share a document, file, etc, works fine, but if add a user to a Sharepoint group, the invitation email is not sent. Obviously we check send email invitation before. If you do it with farm administrator user, then works. Any idea?

Thanks in advance.

    @Sergio Delgado

    When sharing emails going out, SharePoint uses the email address of current user. For example, if user A adds user B into a group, SharePoint will use user A's address as From address.

    Please make sure that sharing users have valid email address and check the Exchange configuration.
