Learning Sandbox tenant stays permanently and can't be deleted

I'm reading MS online courses for preparing for an Azure certification. Some articles allow to activate a learning sandbox for experimenting. Such sandboxes are supposed to be deleted automatically in an hour. However, now I have a sandbox that stuck in my account along with other Azure tenants (pay-as-you-go subscription) I use for other purposes. The sandbox hasn't been deleted automatically by the system, and when I try to access Azure AD in it or delete it, I get 403 error (access denied / unauthorized).

Is there a way to remove that sandbox?

    Can you check if you just can leave the Microsoft Learn Sandbox organization instead of deleting it?

    @Evgeny Lotosh
    Thank you for your post!

    Since this is a Learning Sandbox Tenant, your sandbox is temporary and available for only four hours. The sandbox environment created for a module is available for four consecutive hours to ensure that you can finish the module, since the Microsoft Learn exercises are meant to be finished in one sitting, in an hour or less. For more info.

    If you deployed the Learning Sandbox using your Subscription, you can delete the resources when you are finished since there is no automatic deletion capability when using your own subscription.

    How do I report problems I'm seeing with the sandbox?

    Because Microsoft Learn isn't supported here on the Q&A forums, I'd recommend reaching out to our Microsoft Learn team via the "Community" or "How do I report problems..." link.

    Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.

    What about the resources and vms that I created? I want to remove it, will it also be cleared after 1 day?

    Similar question: how to leave the Microsoft Learn Sandbox tenant or otherwise reset access? I deleted my MFA code for that tenant thinking that it's no longer relevant after the sandbox timeout of 4h, and now I can't access any new sandboxes created in that tenant since I lost my MFA code.

    Stupid decision on my part in retrospect but the damage is done (-:
