Hi,
Shouldn't be any issues as long as your Windows 10 Pro is fully licensed.
Best regards,
Leon

Check under Settings - Update & security - Activation. If this indicates that your PC is "activated with a digital license" for Windows 10 Pro, then that is a permanent license which has been assigned to your specific hardware.
Once your device has a digital license, even if you totally wipe or replace your hard disk, you could clean-install the most recent version of Windows 10 and it would still activate and retain its Windows 10 Pro digital license. You should not need to use your Windows 7 Pro Product Key in future, once you have a digital license.
No problem, once you activated Windows 10 by your Windows 7 product key, your Windows has a valid digital license, this device’s hardware information has been recorded in Microsoft activation center, you could reinstall system multiple times and don’t worry about license.
Only one thing need to be noticed, if you need to change hardware(such as hard disk, motherboard etc), you need to link your Windows 10 digital license to your Microsoft account.
