This process has been frustrating, as I have gone through the required steps—including verifying my payment method, having $1 temporarily deducted and reimbursed—only to face an unclear and unexplained rejection. If there are specific eligibility criteria that I do not meet, I would appreciate a clear explanation instead of being led through an unnecessary process.
Additionally, when attempting to contact Azure Support, I have encountered broken links, unhelpful AI bots, and no clear resolution path, which only adds to the frustration.
