Good afternoon,
I have recently changed my card and hence wanted to replace my payment method in Azure accordingly. However, when I'm trying to replace my old card with the new one in Azure Portal, I get the error message: "Check that the details in all fields are correct or try a different card." Although I tripple-checked the credentials and I know for sure they are correct because I've already attached this new card to other services I use (Netflix, YouTube etc.) and there it worked with no problems. Moreover, this card is the same type as previous one (Visa Revolut card). And yes, I made sure I have all required roles and permissions to do that. I have the "Billing Owner" role assigned to me in IAM as well as "Billing Contributor", which is supposed to give me a full access.
So it seems like there is some internal issue in Azure which prevents me from replacing the payment method in my billing profile. This is so frustrating because I already have a number of services running in my Azure subscription. Today was due date for invoice and system didn't manage to collect money from the old card (which doesn't exist anymore) and sent me email asking either to pay manually or update payment method. But since I can't attach a new card, I can't pay my monthly bill (which is just around 6 euro :D). So I got stuck because system doesn't accept my new card although it's accepted in many other services and I can't resolve it myself. Apparently I need someone from Microsoft to help me with that. Please help! I'm desperate, I don't want to loose all work I did so far for my project. It includes Postgres, blob storages, container apps and other things. Cuz if I don't manage to solve it in some nearest time, they will probably shut down my cloud services?
What is funny, is that I added the same card in Microsoft portal to my account! So the same card is accepted in Microsoft online account, but not in Azure.
