Hello, I bought a PC, then I caught a virus and reinstalled Windows, and since the office was already active on the PC, and after reinstalling the office, I did not know the key and I do not know how to download the office

Do you remember which version of Office that you have?

If it is a newer retail version of Office, such as Office Home & Student 2019, Microsoft 365 Apps, you need to redeem the key when you use Office for the first time, bind the Office license to your Microsoft account.

If you have done this, when you reinstall Office, you don't need to find the key. Just sign into your Microsoft account in the "My Microsoft Account" page to find Office download and installation, and it will automatically activate.

But if you have an older version, you may need to check if you have the disc of Office installation file and see if there is a key on the outer packaging. Or check the email you purchased Office and see if there is an activation key.
