when we open the azure update manager, it says that Azure automation update management is retiring and asks us to migrate but it is also showing the dashboard...does it mean that we have already migrated to Azure update manager or we are yet to do that?

    Hello Syed Nusra,

    On 31 August 2024 itself, both Azure Automation Update Management and the Log Analytics agent it uses have retired

    If you are able to see the Azure update manager over the portal as below, which means it has been migrated already. because the Azure Automation Update Management is no longer available.
