Hello Syed Nusra,

On 31 August 2024 itself, both Azure Automation Update Management and the Log Analytics agent it uses have retired

please refer to the below document.

If you are able to see the Azure update manager over the portal as below, which means it has been migrated already. because the Azure Automation Update Management is no longer available.

User's image However, the notification is letting you know as the Azure Automation Update Management has retired.
