Managing Data on OneDrive After Removing an Old Laptop

I removed (unlinked) my old laptop from my Microsoft account and deleted the user HOME directory from the old laptop: C:\Users\gordo.
As a result, all data from Microsoft OneDrive associated with this user was deleted. I need assistance ensuring that only specific portions of the old laptop’s user data are deleted while preserving other data within OneDrive.

I'm not very clear about your problem. May I ask you if the user data on the old machine except for OneDrive has been deleted, but the OneDrive data is still there?
Or have you deleted your OneDrive account and related data from your old machine, but you're not sure if you've really deleted it.
