- Where did you get those URLs that you listed above? Is that from Azure Application Gateway log?
- What's the SKU of your Azure Application Gateway?
- Do you have any CDN (Content Delivery Network) such as Azure Front Door or Akamai configured in front of your Azure Application Gateway?
- Regarding your question about spyware/rootkit, are you referring to Web Application Firewall in Application Gateway?
