Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are having issues with removing the Microsoft 365 Audio conferencing feature for some users.

This feature is part of the Office 365 E5 License that is distributed to our users via a group policy.

In this group policy this feature is turned off, but we have noticed that some users still have it activated.

According to Microsoft's official documentation, Audio Conferencing is an additional license for Teams that enables people in an organization to use phones instead of computers to call Teams meetings. The Audio Conferencing license is included in the E5 subscription.

So if you want to remove the Audio Conferencing feature for a user, you need to unassign the additional license to the user in the Microsoft 365 admin center:

Using the Microsoft 365 admin center:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
2. In the left navigation bar, select Users > Active Users.
3. Select the user you want to manage, and then select Licenses and Apps.
4. In the Licenses and Apps section, uncheck the Audio Conferencing option.

Using PowerShell:
