How can I fix OneDrive, so it will share again?

My colleagues used to be able to make changes to the same files through OneDrive. All of a sudden it has stopped working as it should.

I have removed sharing links and re-sent to colleagues, but they don't receive them.

This is so frustrating and time consuming. We have wasted hours trying to resolve this issue, and Microsoft is no help at all.

Any tips would be appreciated.

We pay for this service, so expect it to work as described :-(

    Did you get any error message when sharing the link to colleagues?

    Did this problem appear in all files or folders? I suggest you try to create a new file in a new folder and share the link to colleagues, please check if this problem still existed.
