If yes, please check OneDrive Sync Status, ensure that both of your OneDrive apps are fully synced. Sometimes, sync issues can prevent changes from being reflected immediately. Then right-click the OneDrive icon in the system tray and select "Settings." Under the "Account" tab, make sure the folder is listed and syncing correctly.
You can also verify folder permissions, double-check the sharing permissions. Go to the OneDrive web interface, right-click the "receipts" folder, and select "Manage access." Ensure your wife has "Can edit" permissions.
As a last resort, you can try unsharing and then resharing the folder. Sometimes, re-establishing the sharing link can resolve issues.
