Unable to verify exchange account on iPhone 15

The exchange email suddenly stopped working on my iPhone 15. After trying several times to get into it, I deleted the account and tried again. Still nothing so I changed the password on my Mac and all devices to match. Still can't get it on my iPhone 15. I don't know what else to try and I have wasted several hours on this problem. I have looked at all previous solutions to this and nothing works! Please help!

    Hi Wendy - I had the same problem!

    This thread on Reddit helped me out - https://www.reddit.com/r/ios/comments/1j2511p/microsoft_exchange_unavailable_to_verify_account/?rdt=63206

    Basically, go into Settings / Apps / Safari, then scroll down to Clear History and Data, and then select ALL. Click on the big red button, which will clear everything. I then went into Mail Accounts and re-added my Exchange email account, and it worked. I'm assuming the same might work for passwords too.

    Thank you very much for sharing! If that still doesn't solve the problem, consider whether you can log into OWA or Outlook. in order to troubleshoot whether it's an account issue or a restricted Exchange ActiveSync protocol.
